I want to use a print on demand service for my artwork but let’s say I also source products that aren’t offered in the POD service and want to ship them myself. Is that possible due to shipping? If so, how can I efficiently do so?

Yes it is possible. I did it with a store where i physically sold products first then i added print on demand products using Printful.
Setting up shipping on your shopify store is for your personal products and setting the shipping up on printful is for the printful products.
