Is it possible to show the default shipping charge based on the default country?

Our shipping rates are based on country and not related to post code.

So is it possible to show the shipping charge based on the country version of the site they are using without having to use the shipping calculator and entering your country and post code each time?

Your instructions do not match what I see backend. I believe that I have
already set this up.

1. So I have been ‘shipping and delivery’
2. under ‘General shipping rates’ i click on Manage rates for United
   Kingdom
3. Then on the next screen there is shipping Zones for United Kingdom
4. I have 5 rates setup as follows

Rate name Condition Transit time Price
Express £0.00–£99.99 1 to 3 business days £4.95 GBP

Express £100.00 and up 1 to 3 business days Free

Guaranteed Next Working Day — £6.50 GBP

Standard £0.00–£39.99 2 to 4 business days £3.50 GBP

Standard £40.00 and up 2 to 4 business days Free

But I do not get the default shipping showing
