It has been 1 year since your last response, and over 2 years since this (simple) issue was brought your attention. What is the current timeframe when we, as PAYING CUSTOMERS, can expect to see some progress made on the “ABILITY TO SORT CUSTOMERS ALPHABETICALLY”. This is so ridiculous that it should not even have to be a request. Shopify seems to be the only website and business that hasn’t the mental capacity to either
A.) MAKE AN ALPHABETICAL SORT BUTTON or,
B.) Tell their customers why they didn’t make an alphabetical sort button to begin with or,
C.) Why the STILL haven’t created an alphabetical sort button.
