Customer management is the TOP priority for my clients. How can they communicate effectively and PERSONALLY if finding customers alphabetically is not possible. It’s been three years since this was requested and Shopify has made many updates, most of which are immaterial to my needs so I have to have my clients spend more on apps. This is BASIC database work. I do not believe that Shopify pays attention here. Makes me sad.
