WHAT A POS…and I don’t mean Point Of Sale. How is it possible in this day and age that a company as large as Shopify can’t hire developers that can implement such a simple feature as sorting customers by (Last) name?! We need to view all of our customers alphabetically so we can merge duplicate customers, several buy from us online and in our physical store. Had I known this before I imported 5,000+ (!!!) customers from my current POS system into Shopity to switch to POS Pro, I would have made another choice. I’m still considering cancelling my Shopify POS Pro account and staying with what I have until this is addressed. Ridiculous.
