I think there may be some confusion here – I’m not a Shopify employee. Therefore, I don’t have the answers to these questions.
I debated responding, since it has been a long time since your message, but I realized that many people reading this thread may be waiting for an answer from me.
One possible workaround: you might be able to export all your customers to a CSV, open it in Google Sheets, and then sort by name. It’s less than ideal, but this option would be free of cost and not require installing a new app.
