Is it possible to use Channable (for ads) and Facebook for shopify (for store) at the same time ?

Hi,

Since our agency installed a third party app called CHANNABLE to manage our product feed for ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google, it looks like we are unable to activate the Facebook and Instagram sales channels as well as Google channel and Pinterest channel.

I wonder if the third party app is compatible and if there is a way to use both Channable for the ads management and the native app from shopify/meta for the store management ?

We are blocked.

I’m surprised you can only use 1 channel in the channable app. Maybe it’s an issue with the plan limiting you what you can do. Have you talked to support?

As to using multiple apps, yes you can.

For my clients I use: https://apps.shopify.com/multiple-google-shopping-feeds

Which allows you to use facebook and Google all in 1 app.
