Shopify is incredibly slow very erratic with limited, or no customer support. Is it time to use an alternative? Seriously considering it.

I would really like to hear more about your experiences so far using the Shopify platform. Have you had a chance to reach out to our live support for help with slow loading content? You noted that you don’t feel like you are getting the support you need and I want to assure you that we continue to provide 24/7 live support through our Help Center for all our merchants.

When you say Shopify is slow or erratic, are you referring to your access to your admin and backend settings, or the customer facing website, or both? Could you share some more details about what you are experiencing in those situations? I do know that we are aware of a slow loading issue with certain computers using Safari browsers and our devs are working to get that resolved, if you are experiencing something different from that please let me know.
