Hi, I run a Shopify store. This store has some performance issues, and we are trying to fix them as much as possible. I’ve read that some Shopify performance optimizing services offer to upgrade your DNS to cloudflare OSO, which is supposed to increase site speed by 10. I’ve also read that Shopify uses Cloudflare for their services already.
It’s hard to tell based on these seemingly conflicting statements.
Is it worth upgrading to cloudflare OSO?

Shopify stores are already fairly well optimised out of the box and in terms of serving static assets (like images, etc), DNS config and so on, the extra hassle of managing things through CloudFlare is what you might call a diminishing return.
The reasons behind website speed are quite complex but the most common ones are:
Too much javascript (usually unused/leftover from apps?)
Too much CSS (similar to above)
Improperly sized images / improperly encoded
