Ițm looking for ways to drive organic traffic to my stationery shop. Is it worth the investment to keep a blog? I see a lot more of the effort goes nowadays into creating content for social media, I was wondering how much of that is hype and trends.

Good question. At the end of the day, a blog and a strong social media presence both have their advantages. If you can build a social media following, that’s a great sales channel. A blog can still be really good for your SEO if you are strategic about your content. Both take time and work to pay off so you have to consider what you can sustain. If I had to choose between the two, I’d probably go for a strong social media presence in most cases but I’d rather have both if that’s an option.
