When I used Shopify previously, I could chat with customer service, live. It was so helpful. I now find it extremely frustrating to try to speak with anyone.
Is this still available?
When I try to find help from Shopify, I just keep going around in circles.

I understand that you are having some trouble when trying to reach our support team. I am sorry to hear about your frustration with this - I’d be happy to help clarify the process.
All of our account specific support goes through the Shopify Help Center, which you can reach by using this link. Here on the Shopify Community, we can only provide non-account specific support, as we are unable to access any of your account information here.
After you click the link above you will need to log in to your account and select the store in question. You will then need to select a support topic and possibly a sub-topic. This is designed to provide you with resources relating to your query which might help you resolve your query.
If you still need to speak to our team after checking those resources out, you should see the contact options at the bottom of the page. You mentioned you could previously chat with customer service live - the ‘Chat with us’ option will allow you to do that.
