Is loveable worth it to create shopify web?

Hi all, I want to try loveable integration in shopify to develop website for my one-product drinks website. However, want to ask if it communicates well in between? In a meaning of store being fully functioning (buttons, payments etc). It might sound ‘stupid’, but I never used it. As I understand it builds front-end of website, but what about functioning buttons, etc. Hope I explained well :melting_face:

That’s interesting Question. Here is my honest review shared below, regarding the current scope of the Lovable and whether it’s worth or not for a Shopify store?

As lovable gain a lot of reputation due to building the powerful tools or tools without writing a single line of code. And yes, it’s help a lot of beginners who unaware about the coding. That say, it’s useful for the beginners.

When it’s come to E commerce, then it’s not better than using the Shopify themes. As lovable not specially for the E-commerce it’s just for the beginner level vibe coding site.

And the main headache with the lovable is, it can produce a lot of errors, which you need to write the prompt for each error to fix. Instead using the Shopify theme, you will not find any error unless you do custom code and produce the errors.

In short, lovable is not the best option for the serious Merchants.

  3. Can you let me know whether you willing to purchase free theme or Paid theme?
  4. Do you have any reference stores that you link. And these store also on shopify.

  1. Functional Energy Drink - 1 product - 3 flavours.
  2. Main page(what is it, benefits, reviews, Instagram posts); about(story) page; shop page with product + 3 flavour selections + 6/12/30 pack selection; contact information. (need integrations for collaborations, where individuals can get % of sales using their promo code). That would be great for the start.

  4. I do not really have example, my plan was to make a good looking, clean, premium store and later when everything starts to move around - pay a lot for very unique website :smiley:
