This person made 79 accounts on my site, each from a different location. Anyone have any ideas? Is this going to raise my google ads amount? Is this person just doing this so my google amount goes up so I have to pay more? I don’t understand, is it a bot?

Now that I think about it this may be it! I did just update my business info in google within the past week. But why?? This Mark Mustermann person made over 30 accounts using different locations and a fake email.

I have had over 100 accounts made by Mark Mustermann. I deleted 75 accounts the first time, and I now have over 20 more of them. It’s really getting out of hand.

Me too. Seems like Shopify could add a simple filter to prevent this. Or have a domain deny function such as my CRM system has. And the HELP page should address this question. I spent too much time searching with no results. Was glad to see this discussion so I know I’m not alone.

It happened to me a month ago with 38 accounts setup and 25 more today. They all had different addresses in several states under the name Mark Mustermann. I’ve deleted them all.

Same thing too many to count and active carts going crazy, just deleted them all about 75-100, several batches.

Same! Second time…40 accounts in one day!
