When I selected the domain you mentioned it looks like the domain is not fully connected to your online store. Did you connect a third-party domain to your online store? Or, did you happen to purchase this domain directly off of the Shopify platform?

My suggestion is to take a look through our guide for connecting your domain to your Shopify store.
