hi there, this didn’t work for me, I’ve tried everything, clearing caches, other devices, but the preview URL is still accessible. There is no doubt that I have settings correctly using the Ride theme. How can this be possible?

Okay, I was freaking out a bit - we want to manage our launch date carefully but was able to finally get password protection to work by publishing a new theme, and then switching back to the old theme. I guess it was a cache thing and that process refreshed it for us.
