I’m not sure my store is ready for fulfillment, shipping, payments, and ordering. I tried to do a mock order and a return and the #1 keeps showing up, I marked that the order unfulfilled due to refund and now I’m not sure what to do now!!?

Are you referring to the number that appears in the Orders Tab ?
If this is what you’re referring to, in order to have that number removed from the tab, you can Archive the order, by completing the following -
- Click into the order you’re working with.
- Click on More Actions > Archive
You can refresh your page and you’ll see the number has been removed from the side panel.

I have done as suggested, and I have refreshed my page, I’m not sure how long it will take for the #1 to be removed but it is still there. I’m wanting to know what is next to do with my store.
It should usually be removed right away, after completing the steps above.

I looked at our store page and the number 1 is now gone, thank you for your help in this situation. My next question is once our store is unpaused to sell again how do I get help with making sure everything is on the up and up to be able to get sales and make sure all is good.
