Is my shipping profile set up correctly for item delivery?

I only have 1 item sold and I must be doing something wrong with the shipping because my customer has not gotten their item and I have no idea on how the shipping works. Did I set up my shipping profile correctly or at all? The item was purchased (payment was received) and it was “fulfilled” but I can’t figure out if it even shipped out. Please help.

If you sent the item you would have insights in the delivery so guessing you’re using a dropshipping app or similar that takes care of it. It will be best to contact that service directly to get an update on the status. Generally speaking those services should be updating the order and fulfilment with tracking details so if that hasn’t happened yet there’s a chance it’s not sent yet.

Are you using a dropshipping or fulfillment app to source your products? It’s possible that the supplier shipped out the product to your customer already, and they just haven’t received it yet.

Can you tell me a bit more about what service you’re using to add products to your store? I could try to find some more information in their documentation.
