I keep getting accounts made like the following:

Although it’s certainly annoying, as long there are not any fraudulent orders being made, seeing these spam accounts be created should not be cause for significant concern.
If you have not already, you probably want to turn on Shopify’s spam protection reCAPTCHA to help reduce or eliminate spam accounts.
If you want to go a step further, you could use an app such as our Helium Customer Fields app to take over your site’s registration and require email verification or manual account approval before an account is fully activated.
