Hi, all my shopify trail ended today only i upgrade with a basic plan tan razorpay paid me 10 indian rupee but not a single peny has been deducted from my account till now how can i get the access back of my store? when my store will be active??

To my understanding, you selected the Basic Plan during your free trial, your free trial ended today and you no longer have access to your store. To gain more insight, could you provide information on the following:
- Please share a screenshot when trying to access your store.
- Did the store go inactive when attempting to pay for a subscription plan?
- Can you share more information on what Razorpay advised?
- Could you share your store URL?
