Is there no longer an online Chat? Shopify support was top tier now, I am unable to connect with anyone. What has happened?

Online chat support is still available, however you must enter your query in to the virtual chat assistant first, and then follow the prompts given in order to reach a live agent. Our support portal can be reached here at this link.
Can you tell me issue exactly you’re having with it? You can send some screenshots if you have them, and I’ll gladly take a look for you.
Hello, I actually found a link to the chat through another’s members post in the discussion section. Any time I went to the chat assistant it would just go directly to topics. There wasn’t a tab for chat anymore. I can follow up with screenshots. Thank you for your response. It’s much appreciated!
