Is paying 375 euro to activate Przelewy 24 and Blik normal or a scam?

Hello

I use stripe payment methods

they have also blik and przelewy 24

but Shopify don’t support it from this provider

so I had to add a other provider for only blik and przelewy 24

but when I tried to make a test payment it redirected me to cartdna website and

there wrote I have to contact them to activate this payment method.

Below is the email that they send me after I contacted them.

I have to pay 375euro to activate przelewy 24 and blik

what to do ?

is this scam or normal ?

I’ve used the przelewy24 app by cartdna for my Polish market without any issues. This was the only Shopify-approved przelew24 app I found that worked neatly. and didn’t face any issues.

I have used a few other payment integrations claiming to support przelewy 24 by Stripe, but none of them were Shopify-approved, alos not connected to Shopify’s native checkout, and had various issues.
