Hello again everyone! Our developers are aware that this is not fully resolved at this time and they have asked for some very specific examples from your merchant accounts. Since one of the requests is screen recordings (if possible) of the issues, we will want to have this information submitted through our Help Center. I have some steps you can take to help streamline this and ensure your ticket gets escalated to the correct team as quickly as possible.
If you have an existing ticket regarding this issue (even if it was previously closed) please feel free to reply back to it directly and include the information below.
If you have not yet created a ticket with our live support about this please create a ticket through our Help Center (Sign in, choose store, select appropriate topic, use contact support options provided) or reply back to your most recent billing email from Shopify, and include the information below:
- Myshopify URL
- Your Safari and macOS version
- Workflows/what pages in the admin are affected
- A screen recording if possible (full screen, including address bar in the browser)
- Specific details about where you are seeing performance issues in Safari
