You are generally allowed to sell whichever products you like on the Shopify platform permitting that the products can be legally sold online in your region, and that they do not breach either our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Beyond that, you’ll also need to find a payment gateway that allows your products to be sold through their service. Many gateways may deem e-cigarettes and nicotine products in general to be “high risk”, and therefore may not support sales of said products through their gateway. I would recommend checking out our list of payment gateways in the United Arab Emirates and reaching out to the payment providers directly to ask if you can use their sevices to sell e-cigarettes online.
