Is selling only in USD on Shopify affecting Google Analytics?

Hi,
Id like to know if shopify should only be sold in USD?

My currency is not accepted and this affects google anlytics

2ndly I would like to know if theres someone out there who can assist me with ensuring my account was set up correctly
