I searched for an answer but couldn’t find one. I need to know if Shopify is a marketplace like Etsy or is it a standalone store? Thanks.
Shopify is not a marketplace. You can build a standalone store on Shopify and then by using an add-on application you can connect (list your product on) 3rd patry marketplace like Ebay, Etsy etc.
