7 days later still no response, Shopify is a scam! They never got back to me & erased my whole store! I’ve been getting the run around for so long and not ONE email from their risk team I’ve been dming Shopify support, I’ve been posting on here Shopify discussion, I’ve tried calling no one! Spoke to an agent via Shopify chat I’ve literally done everything possible I’ve sent over 20 emails made over 5 post and still nothing!
They did not treat this as a urgent matter and I’d hate to take this the extra step & handle this the legal way but they’ve left me no choice, wow.
What was the outcome ? I’m currently dealing with the same thing. Close
my store with no warning , I have $10,000 to be payed out & no one is answering my emails
