I’m considering changing our current platform to Shopify. I can’t find detailed information on the Shopify analytics, can anyone tell me how comprehensive it is? Will it track visitors from all third party advertising such as Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn & our own mailing campaigns from Brevo? Thank you

Shopify indeed has some reporting & analytics section, but its pretty basic as most store owners would agree. To fulfil the need of more demanding clients there are several apps in the Shopify App store that can help you with that. Some apps are just taking data from the Shopify backend and present them in a more friendly/useful interface, some other apps, like Datma ( demo.datma.io if you want to take a look) are going a step further and they use their own tracker script in order to be able to create reports based on user activity on website such as product viewed, collection viewed , conversion rates etc. combined also from data synced from the Shopify backend.
More to the point, on your question, if you tag your campaign using UTMs there are some reports, like Sales attributed to marketing for example that use this data.
