Is Shopify broken? Chat support is down, images are disappearing and wrong variants are being added

Our store seems broken but the support page says everything is fine?

  • We’re seeing hero images self-removing
  • Customers are complaining that the wrong variant keeps being added to their carts
  • We see JS errors from widget.min.js which is something to do with products
  • The Shopify chat server looks to be down

We’re uninstalling apps and payment services incase it’s third-party incompatibility.

See attached - can anyone confirm? That way we can stop removing stuff.

We’ve unpublished Dawn and switched back to Debut and this has fixed the Variant issue - so the correct variant is now being added to carts.

But are still noticing that some images have auto-removed so have had to re-add them.
