Is Shopify.com conflicting with my Facebook ad pixel?

My facebook ads are telling me shopify.com is sending information to my pixel.

I believe it just started doing this. and my conversions are way down.

Can it be conflicting with my regular domain name. should I block shopify.com

I think it suggested doing that.

Hi, @BurntCreations

It’s possible that the tracking pixel from shopify.com is causing conflicts with your regular domain name, which could be leading to a decrease in conversions. However, blocking shopify.com could also prevent your Facebook pixel from tracking important data, which could ultimately hurt your ad performance.

Before taking any action, it’s important to investigate the issue further. You can check your Facebook pixel settings to see what domains it is set up to track, and compare this to the domains that are sending data to the pixel. If you see that shopify.com is sending data to the pixel but you didn’t intend for this to happen, you may need to adjust your pixel settings to prevent this.

Alternatively, if you have recently added a Shopify store to your business and are using it to run ads, it’s possible that the decrease in conversions is not directly related to the pixel tracking, but rather a result of changes to your sales funnel or customer behavior.
