Have you noticed that there is now no way to easily get support from shopify.

They want you to use a crap AI interface that cant answer simple questions.

Have you noticed they have removed all contact details from their pages so you can no longer even email them?

Have you noticed they are making changes they think are for the best, but in reality it creates extra problems / more admin?

Yes, that’s partly true. What you can do is simply ask the AI interface to “talk to an agent” and it will give you the option to connect to Live Support.
