I would like to know if I sell anything with my own design is Shopify providing for example t-shirts to put my design on it? Or I have to get it by myself?

No shopify does not provide materials. Shopify is an e-commerce platform that allows businesses to create online stores and sell products or services.
So it only provides platform to build your ecommerce store.

With a POD service, you can create and upload your designs (or choose from pre-made designs) to their platform. When a customer places an order for a product on your Shopify store, the POD service will handle the printing, packaging, and shipping directly to the customer on your behalf.
