Shopify is absolutely the place to sell your product! Shopify is different from marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy and Ebay. In fact; we aren’t a marketplace at all! We provide you the tools to create your very own independent online store.

That being said, can you elaborate on what you mean by; “I need to know that my invention is safe?” What specifically are you concerned about in regards to safety? This will help me provide you with better, more specific information.
