Is shopify unable to comprehend simple requests or feigning ignorance? I honestly can't tell.

Today alone I spent 3 hours on chat, with very simple questions. I never got an answer to any of them, and my request for a supervisor to report things like that the the agents are not giving their name and flat out refuse my multiple requests for a supervisor, etc. ended in (after 40 minutes supposedly waiting for someone), as we all know they do very often . . . simply ending the chat without cause, warning, or even notice. I didn’t even know until I typed again and found I was on the with the bot.

I’ve had a store for 9 months and never been able to properly use it because even the most basic needs are unmet and nobody can ever help me. They literally don’t understand my questions, insist that they do, and I just don’t know how to ever have a store here without basic necessary support.
