Is ShopPay installments option available to Canadian shop owners selling products to American buyer? I have ‘ShopPay’ turned on in my Canadian based shop but there is no option/terms about installments in my settings/payments panel. My American customer says he doesn’t see any ‘ShopPay Installments’ option during checkout.

Thank you so much for your interest in Shop Pay Installments. At this time, only businesses based in the United States are able to use Shop Pay Installments. You can review the full eligibility requirements here.

I do expect that Shop Pay Installments will eventually expand to other countries, though I don’t have any definite information on when that might be available. You can keep an eye on the Shopify Changelog for any news on that, and we’ll update the help documents accordingly too.
How is it not available in Canada? I know the consumer base in the US is larger but isn’t Shopify a Canadian company?
