This is my first post and I am wondering if there is something amiss with my store. I was getting some sales each month but although I see there are sessions in my store, nobody has bought anything since October! This coincided with me linking my products to Google Shopping. Hello there @ButtonsBonkers I have had a look at your store and I think the issue with your homepage is that it honestly just doesn’t show enough about your store, its background, and even the products.

There are a lot of product categories present which is good but most times when a customer visits they would just like to skip to the best sellers and latest arrivals section which is unfortunately absent there.
Also, I think it would do your homepage a lot of good to have customer reviews as well as FAQs present on it.

I am using the Dawn theme.

The main change was linking the products to Google shopping and I haven’t had a sale since! Initially it was not set up properly but I didn’t realise it for a month or more and then I think I have fixed it all as it says each product is published on Google under Sales Channels.

I don’t have any third party apps installed.

I do sell on other platforms and it has been slower than usual on those so perhaps that’s the reason, particularly as this store is not well established, but the fact that I haven’t even had one sale since October made me think something might be preventing it.

I will get some friends to try to make purchases to see if all is working well with the process.
