Are they scam company or fraud website? I had orders before/ not answer/ not delivery while 2 months after bought from Website. Please investigate this store.

I ordered also a couple months ago plus no ever further contact was made by this seller
He just sends people his bank details and collects money
I have no clue why no one is investigating this guy, like he is scamming so many people at this point it is nuts.
Yes I contact Bank and Australian Office Fair Trading, however both said “qsl-sports is a scam website which located overseas, so we can’t help”
Only Shopify can handle this matter as middle man. Aware now you support scam store in your precious platform. Please contact them to solve this matter and closed their store permanently, block they try open again with other names.

It also happened to me. The website used to be www.QSL-sports.com which is no longer valid.

Daniel, If you can contact seller QSL Sports, Please let them know where is my order delivered. In this case, they were not sent, steal fund through your Shopify platform. They must be closed by authority.

As for your funds/order, if the store is not responding to your efforts, then it is time to communicate with your bank/credit card company that you used when you made this purchase.
I definitely understand your frustrations and feelings about the matter however, it is not impossible to get your funds back.
It will require a lot of patience and following the steps laid out by your banking partner. We firmly auggest getting that conversation started with them as soon as possible.

If the screenshot that you shared is your order confirmation email, we always suggest you reply to that first to communicate with the merchant about your order.
If no response is what you are receiving, we redirect you to your bank/credit card company now.
