I have some questions about API integration and Shopify app solutions before I make the jump for my business, but I’ve found it impossible to contact Shopify support.
I follow the appropriate steps but I’m met with dead pages, pages which just say “retry”, or ones which just send me back to the same page.
How do I go about actually jumping on a call with a rep to answer my questions?
