I would like to know if the text (with keywords) that I add from within the Focal theme, on a product page (as seen in the screenshot), is considered by Google to improve positioning?

No. Google is not looking at the product pages to find the keywords. It is looking at the meta tags and the products/description tags.

It is better to add the keywords to the product description.
