Try to use Customily to provide customer personalization services of existing designed created via Prinitify.
When choose Customily to use Shopify product, it links to the already published Printify product a base design. My question is when go to work on the template on this shopify product, such as just want to add a text box for customer to add name, do we need to upload the base design at printify to customily template again before adding the text box? Without doing this, the production file generated from Customily is just a name on plain background. The base design made in Printify cannot be seen from the product file.
