According o my research on July 13th, 2023, the Facebook & Instagram Messenger Channel will no longer be supported by Shopify Inbox.
Has anyone an option what is the replacement of this? OR any way to continue with the same way.

Having this issue as well on some of our stores that heavily rely on Shopify Inbox’s integration with meta. Has anyone found a good alternative? or is meta going to create a separate integration to their messaging platforms?

Reamaze is one option and been working great for me (works with FB BUSINESS messages only not personal). But recently been having a lot of issues with it, pretty sure they are on the Facebook side of things. Facebook business message interface is so bad that I think I’m just going to delete my business page and stick with my FB GROUP (and personal messages) The group gets me a LOT more business than the page anyway.
