I have a client who bought the Flow theme years ago and is ready to restart her store after a few years hiatus. She’s contacted the email address she has support@wetheme.com to move her site to 2.0 and it has bounced back. Does anyone have a contact or do we need to switch themes to get her on 2.0? Thanks!
Hey @Sarah568473
You don’t need to switch themes just yet, Flow does have an Online Store 2.0 version. If the theme was bought on Shopify Theme Store, the 2.0 update should already be available in the theme library for free.
For more information, you can also Click Here to contact the Flow theme support and they can guide you the rest of the process.
Best,
Moeed
Looks like the Flow in Shopify Theme Store is not made by Wetheme.
Wetheme site is gone, last post on Instagram is from 2019…
Did she got it from Shopify Theme Store, or from ThemeForest?
Anyway, I believe using even free modern theme would be a better option.
Hi @Sarah568473 I’m @PaulNewton shopify-partner with a range of merchant solutions.
Including theme migrations, so if you can’t automatically update the theme to 2.0 and need to transfer code customizations etc then you can reach out to me for customization services.

ALWAYS include context in new communications, e.g. reference urls, posts urls, etc
Theme developers don’t do migrations for you, either the theme is automatically upgradeable because it’s compatible enough or it is not.

Just go to the theme store and install a new version of the theme if it’s available for that store.
As long as there were no code customizations you may luck out and just need to redo settings, or try to copy them/parts over between themes.
