Hi, It shows up when a customer clicks on the link in the gift card email they receive (see example email attached). Here’s the page that shows up when the link is clicked: https://checkout.shopify.com/gift_cards/55256023247/9b9e01933818bbff9b1d2db9040167dd

@kathoover thanks for more details please add this code Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code Asset->/theme.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file. this code apply for after 5 - 6 second #QrCode {display: none;}
