If you have any questions about your order, I recommend trying to reach them via social media instead for the time being. Alternatively, if you received an order confirmation email, you can reply directly to that email with any questions.
Based on your screenshot, it looks like the order was placed just a few days ago. If that’s the case, I recommend waiting at least a couple weeks to receive a shipping update, since it can sometimes take 2-4 weeks for orders to ship depending on where they’re coming from and where they’re going.
