Title says it all. I can not select to setup my brand new Chip and Tap reader because the Shopify POS app does not list it as a connection option. The only thing listed is the Audio Jack Swipe reader.
I had got the reader, tried to update, and it bricked.
How do I reset the POS to factory default? How do I get this working? I am raising this with support, but getting no where.
I suppose it was foolish for me to expect a Shopify system to be plug and play.
