Is the Shopify Help Center experiencing issues?

Hello,

I have been trying for over a week to resolve an issue with my Shopify Payment not yet showing as active in my account to no avail. The issue I have now though, on a 3rd try of speaking to an agent as I can’t seem to type in the chat box! there is a refresh icon and a stop icon and I tried to use both in case there was a new feature I was not aware of, but nothing seems to work and I am simply in a bubble with a lot of basic issues that I cannot seem to solve myself to get my store up and running.

I heard Shopify laid off actual brains to rely on robots. Is this the issue perhaps?!?!? Please bring human brains back so we can get back to business as this is unacceptable.

  • Try clearing cache/cookies of current browser
  • Try from a different, up-to-date, browser
  • Try from a different network connection
