Is the yearly plan still valid after 30 days or 1 year?

One of my yearly plan stores was frozen due to the bill payment failure. I checked the help center and it said you need to choose a plan additionally after 30 days from the billing date. But is the yearly plan still the same? is it still after 30 days or 1 year?

I understand that you are encountering an issue whereby your billing has failed to process, and from there you are wondering if the next steps are.

Once a bill fails to process due to a lack of funds in the account in question, or maybe there was a banking error the Shopify account in question will enter into a canceled state after 30 days, not 1 year.

I do understand your assumption that it would be 1 year as the monthly plan is also 30 days, but that would be just the base amount of time before an account is moved to the canceled state.

If your bill payment fails, then you can try it again by going to the Billing settings page and clicking Pay bill. If you need to update your payment method, then you can do so from the Billing settings page. If you continue to have issues processing the payment, then you can contact your bank for further assistance.

Have you decided if you are going to continue on with this store and reactivate the plan?
