I have to select this for my store as we do not have MPN’s right now for our candles. Google asks us for this anyways which makes sense to me but wondering while I was editing my 27 unapproved items for possible free listing pending approval, is there a downside to this? I wanted to get some clarity from the community on what downside there is if any and also how to then put in a MPN if need be.

If the products dont have any barcodes, then check the box this is a one of a kind product.
Yes, not having barcodes, may make your free listings in-eligable.
