Is there a solution for unresponsive vendors on online clothing sites?

I have booked my cloth from your vendor site https://ladiesfactory.myshopify.com/products/pack-of-3-slim-fit-denim-western-shirts but after booking, I have not received any BOOKING CONFIRMATION and also my payment is happending. When I try to contact the address , the phone no is wrong and the vendor is not reachable and when I try to contact via email , I have not received any reply. I want to know how your approve vendor and what protection you give to customer. TECHNICAL your site is worst to report as when I try to report merchant, it ask for ORDER url WHICH i don’t received from your site. How can it work like that. Please confirm what remedy.

Do you think , just giving url will solve the fraud by your vendor and money lost by customer? you are promoting fraud transaction via your site and I am going to take it up more to COURT and police so that you site are blocked in india AS PER NEW IT RULE
