Is there a solution to domain transfer issues on new online stores?

Good day

A few days ago I proceeded to transfer my domain from the former host to our new Shopify store and all seemed to have been done properly. It has been almost a week and the error message we get when we type www.fuzzwick.com is ‘‘sorry, this shop is currently unavailable’’

I would like to get this resolved once and for all but can’t seem to find out how. And Shopify customer service is non existent. Impossible to reach them. Can someone please assist? Starting to regret doing business with Shopify

  • good day. thanks for the help. I was able to call Shopify last week but now their number is nowhere to be found. In any case Domain provider is Namecheap. Not sure what information you need in store admin though
