Is there a way to add specific tabs to specific products?

I’m trying to apply different tabs to different product pages. I can change the tabs on the “Default Product” page, but then it applies those changes to every product page. I’d like the tabs to say different things for different products. Is there a way to do this?

Metafiels is only one option to do it.
Define the metafields and call them.
